Pipeline Environmental Compliance Manager

This Position will be the focal point for development and execution of environmental and safety programs for the company’s pipeline construction and operational activities  to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and to create a culture of environmental and safety excellence.

§Provide expertise and guidance on permitting, construction, safety,
  environmental, and operational matters
§Maintain current documentation of company standards and legislated requirements
§Perform training and instruction for company personnel
§Ensure compliance throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, and New Mexico
§Manage audits by regulatory and partner entities
§Develop and manage written a pipeline Integrity Management Program

Requirements include
§Demonstrated knowledge of EPA, DOT, and OHSA issues, laws, and regulations, especially PHMSA regulations (Parts 191, 192, and 195)
§Experience with oil and gas pipeline construction and operations
§Ability to manage teams and multiple projects
§Outstanding collaborative abilities
§Excellent verbal and written communications skills
§Demonstrated ability to conduct Pipeline Operator Qualification Training
§Initiative and independent thinking
§Available to travel to operating locations as needed

Desired Qualifications are
§10+ years applicable experience
§Bachelors degree in related field of expertise
§Professional certifications CSP, REM, Etc
